Adding more lubrication?

I've seen comments that the Mongoose Beast comes with very little grease on bearings, etc. Are there any guides and recommendations on how to disassemble and lubricate those parts? Any particular brands or kinds of lubricants? The manual says white lithium.

I always use bearing grease from the auto part store ......been using that for many many years .......n no special taken apart .....just what u c n thats it .....itz E Z !!!
